Return and exchange policy

-The customer has the right to return the product from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and has not undergone any changes

Incorrect product (if the product is unused and in its original packaging with all labels and tags included).

In the event that there is no manufacturing defect, the customer has the right to return or exchange within only 2 days from the date of the shipment’s arrival, and the store does not bear the shipping service fees.

-The customer has the right to replace the product with another before shipping, before sending the shipment

-The customer will be charged shipping fees in the event of an exchange or return

Products are not accepted for return or exchange in the following cases:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted after 2 days from the date of receipt
When the product changes from its original condition for any reason
When the product is opened for testing
